Pauline Watt is a painter based in Hauts-de-France. Her work explores color, between luminosity and emotional depth.
She began her journey in Applied Arts at Lycée Louis Thuillier in Amiens, before continuing her studies at the Université de Picardie Jules Verne, where she obtained a Master's degree in Arts, Languages and Humanities, specialising in Art History and Archaeology.
Her work focuses on acrylic on canvas, watercolour practice and the creation of various objects.
Her Style
Close to neo-impressionist and abstract expressionist styles, Pauline Watt works with palette knife and brush, sometimes intervening with bare hands or through anthropometry. In some of her paintings, particularly her sunset landscapes, specific pigments are used to play with light.
